He’s such a sweet little bird; it does look cold! But I have learned from other bloggers that the redpoll likes the cold weather and doesn’t necessarily migrate. (It’s not a common bird for me, so I enjoy learning about it.)

Lovely bird and great photo!
It is rare to see this bird in our area (Utah, USA) as they like the colder climate, but this past winter, we saw a few at our feeders. I read they had to travel further south for their food source.
